Hi, I’m Hoang.

I’m currently a Division Manager at a software outsourcing company serving the Japanese market. I lead a production division with responsibilities across technology, operations, human resources, and business strategy.

My work spans multiple layers:

• Defining mid- and long-term strategies for team and business growth

• Optimizing delivery structure and processes to match Japanese customer expectations

• Recruiting and developing engineers from fresher to leadership level

• Providing technical consulting and solution reviews for key projects

• Ensuring quality and stability across web, mobile, and cloud-based systems

With a background as a software engineer, I still enjoy digging into architecture and code when needed. I also hold a PMP certification, but I believe practical leadership, adaptability, and customer insight matter more than frameworks.
